Terms & Conditions

This website is the property of Paul&JO Design SRL, registered at the Romanian Office of Commerce under the number  J35/4960/08.12.2021, Unique Registration Number 45326059, located at 6, Delfinului, sc. A, Ap.10, Timisoara, Romania and is managed with the purpose of world wide online selling of its products.

The following represent the terms and conditions (herein after “ T& C´s”) governing the contractual relations between visitors and users or the website and Paul&JO Design SRL. These T & C´s may be modified and updated at any time.

By using this website either as a guest or as a registered customer, and purchasing the products offered you are expressing implicit acceptance and no reservations to these T &C´s and obliging to use the website only for personal use, and not commercial use.

The content of the www.paulandjo.eu site may be altered, modified, updated in any way, including alteration regarding its structure, accessibility, and this can be done without prior information to its users or third parties.  These stipulations are complemented by the following Romanian legislation: OUG nr. 130/2000, Law no.296/2004, Law no.667/2001.

The entire content of this website and the website itself is protected by copyrights, trademarks and all applicable intellectual rights and legislations. No content or materials presented here can be used without prior and express written consent from Paul&JO.  All rights are reserved, worldwide.

 

 

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Items added to your shopping bag are not reserved and may be available for purchase to other customers.

 

Pricing

Pricing will be shown inclusive of VAT for EU purchases and exclusive of VAT for items purchased and to be shipped outside of EU.

The prices are exclusive of shipping costs and any custom duties you may incur, as per the applicable legislation at your country of residence.

 

Order acceptance

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email with the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but once your order is packed and ready for shipment your order has been accepted and you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, or if shipping restrictions apply to your country of residence.

We may refuse to process orders or refuse service to anyone at any time at our own sole discretion.

 

Secure payment

We accept all major credit cards and other method payments  that may be indicated on our website.

Pay online with Visa or Mastercard, all in complete safety by Stripe payment processor. Card processing is done exclusively on Stripe servers. The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that Stripe does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends them encrypted on a secure connection to the processing bank. That’s how your information is safe. When you choose Credit Card Payment, your transaction will appear on your bank statements with “PaulandJO.eu”.

 

Paul&JO Return Policy

 

You may return your Paul&JO purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full return of the value of the item. All we ask is that you inform us of your intent to return as quickly as possible, and at the very latest within 14 days of receipt, along with your return shipment reference number.

Items may of course be tried on, but should be returned in the same condition as you received them. Returned items should therefore not be worn or washed, and should have all original labels intact.

Items designed in your choice of color combination can not be returned.

Please note that items that are custom made or personalized are not subject to return.

We strive to avoid manufacturing errors, but if you receive your item in anything but perfect condition, please do contact us immediately, and no later than 14 days after receipt. For agreed repairs and alterations we will send you the necessary information to have the items shipped back for correction at our cost.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Personal data and Privacy

All your personal data is being collected, stored and used in accordance with the applicable legislation. We used your personal data for invoicing purposes, as well as for improving and personalizing your shopping experience on our website. Personal data may be used also for marketing purposes, like newsletter, from which you have the option to unsubscribe at any time.

In accordance with the Romanian law 677/2001 you have the right to access your data, modify your data, or request your data to be deleted. For any additional information do not hesitate to contact us at paulandjoshop@gmail.com.

For placing orders on our website, you may choose a guest check out, or register, which will allow you to enjoy some of the personalized shopping features on our site.

All data provided as part of the registration process is stored and protected by the applicable legislation.

Keep your account password safe at all times and contact us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Paul&JO will not be liable for the losses caused by the unauthorized use of your account, but you may be liable for Paul&JO’s losses due to such unauthorized use of your registered account.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping & delivery

Shipping costs are not included in the item price, they are to be paid by the customer.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, using a reputable shipping company for international delivery (DHL) and for national shipping: Cargus. Delivery can be influenced by external factors that are not related to Paul&JO. The transit time after dispatch may vary depending on your location. In case your delivery is delayed for any reason within our control, we will do our best to keep you informed of the estimated delivery date. 

Shipping costs will be indicated for your location during the purchasing process. 

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am EET till 4:30 pm EET (with the exception of Romanian public holidays). Kindly note that orders which are placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

 

Track your order

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email using the tracking number provided. Product delivery is usually made from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday, so any orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following working days.

 

Shipping costs

Romania:

Shipping costs for orders below 300 lei  with Cargus (next day delivery) are 26 lei.

Shipping costs for orders over 300 lei with TNT (next day delivery) are free of charge.

Europe:

Shipping costs for orders below 200€ with DHL – Express Delivery are 18€.

Shipping costs for orders over 200€ with DHL – Express Delivery are free of charge.

Worldwide:

Shipping costs for orders below 200€ with DHL – Express Delivery are 30€.

Shipping costs for orders over 200€ with DHL – Express Delivery are free of charge

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund

Once the return was received and checked by our team, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt and the products. A refund will be issued subject to the returned products meeting our Return & Exchange conditions. 

We will refund you as quickly as possible, but please note that refunds can take up to a few days depending on your card provider. The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account and to the payment method with which the original purchase was made. If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
